Master Plan
The new master plan has revealed some fascinating aspects.
- The Master Plan has been changed from 55,000 Kanal to 100,000 Kanal and will soon be increased to 150,000 Kanal.
- The Interchange's location has been revealed. Overseas Central will be the nearest block.
- Overseas District 1 has been renamed Overseas East, and Overseas District 2 has been renamed Overseas Central.
- The new block "Overseas West" is on its way
- High-rise commercial land is about to be offered to well-known developers.
- Another Executive block, "Executive District 2," has been added next to Executive District.
Forest Residence, NCAF(SPD) Apartments, Aviation District, Gate Precinct, Capital Block District, Riverview Heights, Cultural Residence, Sill River Business Park, and CPEC Business Park are among the new zones and districts. Aside from the Education District, the map shows that the community would have NUTECH University, a students’ hostel, and GIKI & NDU.
Furthermore, Crystal Lake Block, which will house corporate offices, has been relocated. The Education District’s area has grown, and additional institutions have been added. The NOC application for CPEC Business Park and Sill River Business Park will be submitted shortly. Many renowned organizations and brands have signed up to have their headquarters in Capital Smart City’s Business Park.

Capital Smart City is located along Motorway M2 with great potential of Urbanization growth and business opportunities. The City will be accessible via dedicated interchange on Motorway M2 on a drive of 8 to 10 minutes from New Islamabad International Airport and falls on the eastern route of CPEC. The city is 22 minutes’ drive away from Islamabad and Rawalpindi city centers. The project is planned to be connected to Islamabad city and airport through the seamless BRT system.
